Effective Intraday 2 Cycle (18:00) for the gas day of Monday, January 20, 2025 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 2 SYSTEM WIDE FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

 

 

 

METER RESTRICTIONS

·         TGP/SNG Bear Creek Injection Bienvi Receipt Meter (Pin 405367) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to operational concerns; 49,565 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

·         STA 25 (Segment 125 FH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 28,431 Dths

·         STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through approx 100 % of PIP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 28,425 Dths

·         MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 32,849 Dths

·         STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 64 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 56,372 Dths

·         STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through approx 95 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 291,766 Dths

·         Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through approx 92 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 219,399 Dths

·         STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 1,001 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

 

 

 

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Nominations for Authorized Overrun Withdrawal Services (FS-AO) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field, the Portland MA (460025) storage field, the Portland PA (460020) storage field or the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field will not be allowed until further notice.  Additionally, customers who elected swing on storage or storage swing options for balancing (SOS or SSO) may only swing up to their Maximum Daily Withdrawal (MDWQ) only until further notice.

Nominations for Firm Storage Flex Authorized Overrun (FSF-AO) Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule FS-F at the Pine Prairie Virtual Meter (54628) will not be allowed until further notice.

 

Nominations for Interruptible Storage Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and nominations for Interruptible Storage Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field will not be allowed until further notice.

 

Tennessee will NOT approve any transfers from accounts at TGP Bear Creek Storage to SNG Bear Creek Storage (460017)(IS-PA, FS-PA) until further notice.  Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the (IS-PA, FS-PA) storage services with partner approvals. Additionally, no transfers from IS-MA and IS-PA to FS will be allowed until further notice.

 

No Loans or Park Withdrawals under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide until further notice.
