Effective Intraday 1 Cycle (14:00) for the gas day of Thursday, February 27, 2025 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 FOR ALL OF ZONES L AND 1 ON THE 500 LINE ONLY (SEGMENTS 527, 529, 530, 534, 539, 542, 548, 860) FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· Tres PAL/TGP Tres Palacios Storage: Delivery Meter (Pin 421055) - through 100% of SIPss increases due to imbalance management quantity exceeded; 137,863 Dths

· CABOT/TGP St Mary Carbon Black: Dip Delivery Meter (Pin 421080) - through 100% of PAYBACK TGP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 1,208 Dths

· TRNSCO/TGP Heidelberg Missisippi Ja Delivery Meter (Pin 420291) - through 100% of SIPps increases due to operational concerns; 10 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 40 South Of Carthage (Segment 132 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to emergent repair at STA 40; 51,208 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 148,859 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 192,331 Dths

· STA 224 (Segment 224 FH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 126,968 Dths

· Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through approx 99% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 231,659 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 243,625 Dths

· STA 261 Discharge East (Segment 261 FH) - through approx 61% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 19,239 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 141,401 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

Nominations for Authorized Overrun Withdrawal Services (FS-AO) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field, the Portland MA (460025) storage field, the Portland PA (460020) storage field or the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field will not be allowed until further notice. Additionally, customers who elected swing on storage or storage swing options for balancing (SOS or SSO) may only swing up to their Maximum Daily Withdrawal (MDWQ) only until further notice.

Nominations for Firm Storage Flex Authorized Overrun (FSF-AO) Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule FS-F at the Pine Prairie Virtual Meter (54628) will not be allowed until further notice.

Nominations for Interruptible Storage Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-MA) at the Northern MA (460018) storage field and nominations for Interruptible Storage Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule IS (IS-PA) at the Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field will not be allowed until further notice.

Tennessee will NOT approve any transfers from accounts at TGP Bear Creek Storage to SNG Bear Creek Storage (460017)(IS-PA, FS-PA) until further notice. Transfers into TGP Bear Creek Storage (460017) from SNG Bear Creek Storage will be allowed under the (IS-PA, FS-PA) storage services with partner approvals. Additionally, no transfers from IS-MA and IS-PA to FS will be allowed until further notice.

No Loans or Park Withdrawals under Rate Schedule PAL will be allowed utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system wide until further notice.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
