Pursuant to Section 11.12 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, TransCameron Pipeline, LLC (“TCPL”) hereby provides notice of a Force Majeure event resulting in TCPL’s inability to flow some scheduled gas quantities.
Starting gas day January 15, 2024, TCPL experienced weather-related issues at the downstream delivery point that hindered its ability to fully transport all scheduled gas quantities. The weather-related issues were resolved on gas day January 17, 2024, allowing for a return to normal operating conditions.
