GCTS computer issues are continuing and will require us to take down the application for approximately 45min beginning at the sending of this bulletin. During this time, you will not be able to access the application.
Capacity allocation for January 19th Timely and January 18th ID2 will both be delayed.
Another bulletin will be sent once issues are resolved and access is restored.
