To enhance the reliability and security of our systems, TC Energy will be implementing a firewall change this month, April 2025. This change will require our customers to update their internal firewall configurations to prevent potential access disruptions to our systems.
Please ensure that you work with your IT support team to add the new IP address to the whitelist/allowlist and keep the old address ranges until further notice.
To avoid any system interruptions, please update the new IP address to your system configurations by April 21, 2025.
Important Guidelines
- Customers should whitelist/allowlist the new IP address provided below
- Maintain the existing address ranges until further notice
- Target completion date: April 21, 2025
New Firewall IP Address:
- 159.60.128.255
Existing Firewall IP Addresses:
- 107.162.0.0/21
- 107.162.104.0/23
- 107.162.49.0/24
- 107.162.56.0/22
- 107.162.60.0/24
- 107.162.96.0/21
