Subject
Prairies Pipeline System ILI - May 1 to May 15
Notice Text
In-line inspections will be conducted on line 5 of the Prairies pipeline system from May 1st to May 15th.
Depending on demand levels, discretionary services may be limited through the MDA to downstream locations. Firm services are not anticipated to be impacted.
Prairies capacity is expected to be approximately 4900 TJ for the maintenance period and will be reflected in the April 24, 2025 Maintenance Capacity postings.
Note that system capacities are variable due to many factors including forecast delivery distribution, ambient temperatures, gas stream energy content, facility availability, and interconnect assistance as applicable. Actual capacities on the day may vary due to changes to the maintenance schedule, unplanned events, and differences between forecast and actual conditions.
Following this maintenance, additional in-line inspections are planned for the Prairies pipeline system in the month of June 2025 which are expected to impact discretionary services through the MDA. Further, additional maintenance currently planned for the remainder of the summer 2025 season may also potentially impact services through the MDA. Details of these activities including dates and capacity impacts will be communicated as soon as timing is confirmed.
