Notice Text:	November 12, 2024 To: All Transwestern Customers Subject: Force Majeure - Station 3 Compressor Station (Leupp, AZ). Reason: (Capacity Reduction) Station 3 has experienced a mechanical failure. This Force Majeure event will affect the Mainline Thoreau West capacity. Gas Day November 13, 2024 Mainline Thoreau West capacity will be reduced from 1,240,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 1,100,000 MMBtu/d. Gas Day November 17, 2024 Mainline Thoreau West capacity will increase from 1,100,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 1,240,000 MMBtu/d. Transwestern reserves the right to revise the above listed schedule. Please continue to monitor Transwestern website for updates and schedule changes.
