Notice Text:
Due to the effects of Hurricane Beryl, Tres Palacios Gas Storage, LLC (TPGS) has experienced an unplanned outage at its storage facility.
At this time, meter 40332 - Permian Hwy Pipeline, will be reduced to zero for Gas Day July 8 and until further notice.
TPGS will coordinate with its upstream/downstream interconnects for July 8, 2024 to avoid and/or minimize any reductions to scheduled quantities. No other restrictions are required at this time. To the extent further restrictions are required, TGPS will reduce nominations in accordance with the curtailment procedures in Section 5 of its FERC Gas Tariff.
TPGS will take into consideration the facility's condition during the timely cycles for future gas days. TPGS will post updates to the status as soon as it is known.
