Notice Text:
Due to the previously posted Force Majeure, the following restrictions will be in place on the Tres Palacios Gas Storage, LLC (TPGS) system for Gas Day July 9, 2024:
Tres Palacios has restricted excess, interruptible, secondary, and primary firm injection nominations and IWS activity at meter 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R). No increases in injections or IWS activity will be accepted to meter 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R) except to comply with NAESB bump guidelines.
Furthermore, at this time, TPGS continues to coordinate with its upstream and downstream point operators to avoid and/or minimize any additional reductions to scheduled quantities. TPGS does not have a definitive return to service timeframe, however the outage is anticipated to continue into at least Gas Day July 9th. To the extent further restrictions are required, TPGS will reduce nominations in accordance with the curtailment procedures in Section 5 of its FERC Gas Tariff. In addition, TPGS will schedule and seal the following nomination activities for Gas Day July 9th as such:
TPGS has scheduled and sealed injection nominations and IWS receipts. No increases in injections or IWS activity will be accepted.
TPGS has scheduled and sealed withdrawal nominations and IWS deliveries. No increases in withdrawals or IWS activity will be accepted.
