TPGS Meter Underperformance
Tres Palacios Gas Storage, LLC (TPGS) advises customers that restrictions for injection, parking/unloaning and wheeling quantities may be required if receipt point operators are unable to deliver quantities to TPGS at or above the tariff specified pressure of 700 psig (TPGS'GT&C Section 6.11.1).
As such, TPGS is requiring the following meter operators to deliver gas at or above 700 psig or confirmation restrictions may be made commensurate with anticipated physical deliveries:
