Due to colder than normal conditions and anticipated peak system flows, Effective Gas Day, January 18, 2025 through January 21, 2025, W10 may need to restrict all interruptible services, including Wheeling services. Also, W10 may need to require FSS/FHBS withdrawals be held to primary points only. As a reminder (notice posted January 7th), Interruptible withdrawals continue to be restricted to zero (including IHBS, ISS and FSS withdrawal overrun).
