    Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C.

    Force Majeure Declared Segment 420                                                                                 

    Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) is experiencing equipment failure at its Wamsutter Compressor station impacting operational capacity at its Threemile Lateral to REX Segment 420 Constraint.

    Effective Cycle 5 (Intraday 3) for gas day October 30, 2024, capacity through Segment 420 Threemile Lateral to REX Constraint in the Forward Haul (TD1) direction will be reduced from 295,000 Dth/day to EPSQ for cycle 5 and Zero for Evening Cycle GD31.

    Accordingly, WIC is declaring an event of Force Majeure pursuant to Section 11.2 of WIC's FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 2 effective for the Cycle 5 Gas Day October 30, 2024, until repairs are complete.
