    Force Majeure – Canceled Segment 420                                                                                 

    Cancellation of Force Majeure at WIC ThreeMile Lateral (Segment 420)

    Update to Notice # 122025, the Force Majeure (FMJ) declared at WIC ThreeMile Lateral (Segment 420) has been lifted. 

    WIC has repaired the compressor unit and, as such, WIC is lifting the Force Majeure that was in effect.  The capacity at Segment 420 will return to 295,000 Dth/day FWD haul, effective Gas Day October 31, 2024, Intraday 1, Cycle 3.
