On Thursday, March 20, 2025, after 10:15 PM CST, we will change the email provider and sender used for system-generated notifications from Trellis from current trellis-noreply@trellisenergy.com to trellis-noreply@trelliscloud.net
What You Need to Do
To prepare for this update, please take the following actions:
1. Update Outlook Rules & IT Systems
-If your organization has Outlook rules, email filters, or allowlists referencing the existing FROM addresses, update them to recognize trellis-noreply@trelliscloud.net.
