Subject: CIG Semi-Annual Fuel and LUF Update |
On February 25,
2022 Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) submitted its semi-annual
Transportation Fuel Gas and quarterly Lost and Unaccounted-For and Other Fuel
Gas ("LUF") filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
("Commission") to adjust the Transportation Fuel and Lost,
Unaccounted-For and Other Fuel Gas reimbursement percentages applicable to the
various transportation services pursuant to General Terms and Conditions,
Section 13 of CIG's FERC Gas Tariff with a proposed effective date of April 1,
2022 as shown below.

Fuel Reimbursement Percentage:
Transportation Fuel Gas 0.49*
Lost, Unaccounted-For, and Other Fuel Gas 0.18*
Storage Fuel Gas 0.41
Rate Schedule CS-1 Cheyenne Firm Compression Fuel Gas 1.00
Rate Schedule CS-1 Lost and Unaccounted-For Gas 0.31
No-Fuel Wheeling Area 0.00
High Plains System
Transportation Fuel Gas 0.00
Lost, Unaccounted-For, and Other Fuel Gas 0.00
Young Storage Fuel and Unaccounted-For Gas 1.77**
Totem Storage Fuel and Unaccounted-For Gas 1.07
Incremental HP Gas Quality Control Fuel Gas Charge 0.35
* The proposed FL&U percentages have been filed at FERC in Docket No RP22-600-000.
** Young's fuel reimbursement
percentage has been filed at FERC in Docket No RP22-365-000.
See Section 13.3 for descriptions of the available routes and areas that are eligible for a fuel charge exemption. The requirement to provide gas to satisfy CIG's LUF charge applies to all transactions and is not affected by fuel exemptions. The retention requirement for LUF when using these routes and areas is as stated above.
