TC eConnects – Update - Firewall Change implemented April 16, 2025To enhance the reliability and security of our systems, TC eConnects implemented a firewall change the evening of April 16, 2025. This change requires our customers to update their firewall configurations to prevent potential access disruptions to TC eConnects.Important Guidelines:• Customers should allowlist the new IP address provided below• Maintain the existing address ranges until the change is fully completedNew Firewall IP Address: 159.60.128.255Contact Information: If you have questions, please:• Reach out to your IT Support team• Contact your Customer Service Representative• Call 1-866-581-6487We appreciate your cooperation in implementing this important security update.
