Balancing parties with meters outside of Tracy City to Topside and the 3500 line area will not be allowed to utilize undertakes at meters located outside of Tracy City to Topside and the 3500 line area to offset overtakes at meters located between Tracy City and Topside and on the 3500 line. Additionally, balancing parties with meters west of Rural Retreat will not be allowed to utilize undertakes at meters located west of Rural Retreat to offset overtakes at meters located east of Rural Retreat on the 8" and 12" system.
The penalty provisions under Section 47.5(b) of the General Terms and Conditions of ETNG's FERC Gas Tariff shall apply for failure to conform for each dekatherm of actual receipt quantities that are less than scheduled receipt quantities and for each dekatherm of actual delivery quantities that are greater than scheduled delivery quantities, in each case with a tolerance of 2% of scheduled quantities or 500 dekatherms (whichever is greater).
Furthermore, ETNG will not permit retroactive nominations to avoid an OFO penalty except for shippers who can secure day ending Due Shipper supply.
The previously posted OFOs issued for the following areas will remain effect until 9:00 AM CCT, January 17, 2025:
i) all meters east of the Boyds Creek Compressor Station,
ii) all meters on Line 3200 between Tracy City and Topside including all meters on the 3500 Line,
