    On February 19, 2025, pursuant to Empire’s General Terms & Conditions Section 23 of its tariff,
    Empire filed with the FERC (Docket RP25-577) proposing the below Existing Shipper Fuel
    Retention, Empire North Compressor Fuel Retention, and Other Gas For Transporter’s Use
    (OGFTU) percentages to be effective April 1, 2025:

    Existing Shipper Fuel Retention: 0.24%
    Empire North Compressor Fuel Retention: 1.84%
    OGFTU: 0.21%

    In addition, the filing has proposed the below Electric Power Cost Rates (EPCR) to be effective April 1, 2025:

    EPCR Demand Rate: $0.6530
    EPCR Volumetric Rate: $0.0020
    EPCR Unit Rate: $0.0255
