New Information Posted October 26th, 2024
The repairs on EGT s Line OM-1 have been completed. Critical Notice #5778 is hereby
terminated.
Previous Information Posted September 12th, 2024
This Operational Alert is being issued pursuant to Section 20, GT&C, of EGT s Tariff and shall
constitute notice of Force Majeure under Section 8, GT&C of EGT s Tariff, to notify all parties of
unplanned maintenance on EGT s line OM-1, located in Northwest Arkansas in EGT s North
Pooling Area, between the Turkey Farm and Winslow gate valve in Washington and Crawford
Counties, Arkansas.
Effective Saturday, October 12th, 2024, and continuing through Wednesday, October 25th, 2024,
EGT will isolate the above section of line. During this time, the following scheduling actions will
take place:
* Deliveries located on Line OM-1, north of the isolation, must be sourced from MP #
805091 Southern Star @ Jane Receipt.
* Receipts nominated from MP # 805091 Southern Star @ Jane Receipt will not be scheduled to
deliveries south of the isolation on OM-1.
EGT will schedule receipts and deliveries in accordance with EGT s Tariff. This Operational Alert
will remain in effect until further notice and will be updated as more information becomes
available. If you have any questions concerning this Alert, please contact your Scheduling
Representative.
