The repairs on EGT s Helena Compressor Station have been completed. Critical Notice #5816 is hereby
terminated.
Previous Information Posted October 21st, 2024
This Operational Alert is being issued pursuant to Section 20, GT&C, of EGT s Tariff and shall
constitute notice of Force Majeure under Section 8, GT&C of EGT s Tariff to notify all parties of
unplanned maintenance at EGT s Helena Compressor Station, located in Phillips County, Arkansas
and in EGT s North Pooling Area. The maintenance will begin Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024, with
an anticipated completion date of Monday, November 11th, 2024.
During the unplanned maintenance, the TGT Helena (#801530) meter also located in EGT s North
Pooling area may be limited to a net nomination of 70,000 Dth/d.
Based on current nominations, EGT does anticipate impacts to its primary firm services.
Should any of the details of this unplanned maintenance change, EGT will notify its shippers by
updating this posting. EGT will schedule nominations in accordance with its tariff. This alert will
remain in effect until the completion of the maintenance.
