Gulf Run Transmission Notice 49707

This Action Alert is being issued pursuant to GT&C Sections 7 and 8 of Gulf Run’s Tariff and shall constitute notice of an event of Force Majeure for unplanned maintenance at Gulf Run’s Panola Compressor Station, located in Panola County, Texas and in Gulf Run’s Zone 1.

This unplanned maintenance is scheduled to occur on Thursday, December 5^th, 2024. During the work, Panola will be limited to a throughput capacity of 1,000,000 dth.

Point operators located in the impacted area will experience higher pressures.

Based on current nominations, Gulf Run does not anticipate impacts to its primary firm services. Gulf Run will evaluate nominations, on a case-by-case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate impacts to the extent possible. During this planned maintenance, shippers should nominate from their contractual MRO location to their contractual MDO location to reduce risk of scheduling reductions. Should any of the details of this posting change, Gulf Run will notify its shippers and update this notice accordingly.

Gulf Run will schedule nominations, if needed, on each impacted day in accordance with its tariff. This alert will remain in effect until the completion of the maintenance.
