Pursuant to General Terms and Conditions, Section 38, of Iroquois’ FERC Gas Tariff, effective as of December 1, 2024 Gas Day, an Iroquois Operational Flow Order (OFO) is in effect through the December 30, 2024 Gas Day.

Affected Area

All points on Iroquois’ system.

Affected Parties

Rate Schedule PAL Shippers.

Reason(s) for OFO

Due to high line pack conditions as a result of an increase in system wide park balances, the need to reduce park balances at all points is required to support the operations of Iroquois’ pipeline.

Required Action(s)

Iroquois requires that all Rate Schedule PAL Shippers reduce their cumulative park balance to zero by the end of the December 30, 2024 gas day.  Any park balances remaining at the beginning of the December 31, 2024 gas day shall be cashed out in accordance with Section 8.2 of Rate Schedule PAL in Iroquois’ FERC Gas Tariff.
