LEASED CAPACITY TO BE ABANDONED
Midcontinent Express Pipeline LLC (MEP) and Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission LLC (Enable) have filed a Joint Application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requesting authorization for (i) MEP to abandon 100,000 dekatherms per day of currently leased transportation capacity on Enable's system; (ii) Enable to terminate its limited jurisdiction certificate under which Enable was authorized to lease capacity to MEP; and (iii) MEP and Enable to terminate their underlying Capacity Lease Agreement effective May 31, 2025. Effective on Gas Day June 1, 2025, and continuing thereafter, the locations listed below will no longer be active or nominatable on MEP's system. MEP will provide an updated system map on its interactive website, removing all references to the leased capacity, Segment 10, and operational impact area (OIA) 1 by May 31, 2025. Effective June 1, 2025, the Midship Bennington (LOC 50502), Enable Bennington (LOC 44438) and Markwest Bennington (LOC 44606) locations will be included in (OIA) 2. Both the (OIA) 3 and (OIA) 4 areas will remain in place and unchanged.
Receipts from Enable Bennington (LOC 44438) will remain available.
