Pursuant to section 6.2. of the Midship Pipeline
Company, LLC FERC Gas Tariff, gas delivered by Shipper or for its account into
Transporter’s pipeline system and gas delivered to Shipper or for Shipper’s
account shall conform to the following temperature standard:
Gas shall have a temperature not less than forty
(40) degrees Fahrenheit and not more than one hundred twenty (120) degrees
Fahrenheit.
Due to the extreme temperatures forecasted in the
Oklahoma area, gas with temperatures exceeding the one hundred twenty (120)
degrees Fahrenheit will be shut-in until the gas is within the gas quality
tariff temperature specifications.
THIS POSTING IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY FOR ALL
LOCATIONS.
