Midship has completed the remediation work. Therefore, effective for Gas Day Friday, September 20, 2024, Intraday 2 Nomination Cycle (ID2 Cycle) and continuing thereafter, this Force Majeure is lifted. All transport services are available in accordance with the scheduling priority set forth in Section 6.10 of the General Terms and Conditions of Midship’s FERC Gas Tariff.
