Pursuant to Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of Midship Pipeline Company, LLC (“Midship”) Gas Tariff, Midship provides notice of its intent to purchase Operational Gas (“Operational Transactions”) on the Midship system for GD 23-25.

Operational Transactions on Midship for GD 23-25 will be made at any of the following receipt points:

MS100021-OMEGA-R

MS101071-CANADIAN VALLEY-R

MS101521-CANA-R

MS101753-ENABLE-R

MS104751-IRON HORSE-R

MS107871-GRADY-R

Operational Transactions may also be made at locations where most operationally needed, as dictated by changes in daily gas operations, on a non-discriminatory basis.
