SEGMENT 25 – LOUISIANA #2 LINE (CS 302/343) – HYDROTEST – UPDATE 9
Due to weather related conditions, the project dates have been changed for Phases 4 and 5, as noted below. See previous Notice ID 45253 dated July 18, 2024.
Natural will be performing a hydrotest on its Louisiana #2 Line between Compressor Station 302 (CS 302) located in Montgomery County, Texas and Compressor Station 343 (CS 343) located in Liberty County, Texas (Segment 25 of Natural's Louisiana Zone). Natural is required to reduce the maximum operating capacity eastbound into Segment 25 from Segment 26 and Segment 22, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity eastbound through CS 302 during this restriction. This maintenance work will be performed in five phases as noted below. The Pooling Point - Texok Zone (LOC 10560) is located west of the constraint. Firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted. During each phase of the maintenance work shown below, the scheduling constraint will be at CS 302.
PHASE 1 - COMPLETED
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X23-867701), Phase 1 will begin on gas day Monday, April 1, 2024, Timely Cycle, and continue through gas day Wednesday, April 3, 2024. During this phase, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 80% of contract MDQ.
PHASE 2 - COMPLETED
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X23-867707), Phase 2 will begin on gas day Thursday, April 4, 2024, Timely Cycle, and continue through gas day Saturday, April 6, 2024. During this phase, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 56% of contract MDQ.
PHASE 3 - COMPLETED
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X23-867709), Phase 3 will begin on gas day Sunday, April 7, 2024, Timely Cycle, and continue through gas day Wednesday, July 24, 2024. During this phase, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 65.6% of contract MDQ.
PHASE 4
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X23-867716), Phase 4 will begin on gas day Thursday, July 25, 2024, Timely Cycle and continue through gas day Sunday, July 28, 2024 (previously Saturday, July 27, 2024). During this phase, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 56% of contract MDQ.
PHASE 5
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X23-867714), Phase 5 will begin on gas day Monday, July 29, 2024, and continue through gas day Tuesday, July 30, 2024 (previously Sunday, July 28, 2024 through Monday, July 29, 2024). During this phase, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 80% of contract MDQ.
The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this outage and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
