| Subject: SEG 11 – AM #3 M/L (CS 103) - TOOL RERUN |
SEGMENT 11 – AMARILLO #3 M/L (CS 103) - ILI TOOL RUNS
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X24-821374) and as part of Natural's ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program, Natural is required to re-run its ILI Tool runs for Amarillo #3 mainline between Compressor Station 102 (CS 102) located in Beaver County, Oklahoma and Compressor Station 103 (CS 103) located in Ford County, Kansas (Natural's Midcontinent Zone). This re-run is due to an internal equipment failure in the tool. The tool runs will require Natural to reduce its operating capacity northbound through CS 103 for the duration of the ILI tool re-runs.
The scheduling constraint will be at CS 103; therefore, any gas received south of CS 103 from either Segment 10 or Segment 4 for delivery north of CS 103 will be impacted for the duration of this restriction. For scheduling purposes, the Midcontinent Pool (LOC 25078) is located south of the constraint. Additionally, firm transportation associated with storage withdrawals and injections may be impacted.
As such, effective on the gas days indicated below, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 65% of contract MDQ northbound through CS 103. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of the restriction.

Gas day Wednesday, September 18, 2024 through gas day Saturday, September 21, 2024 (Cleaning Tool)
Gas day Sunday, September 22, 2024 through gas day Monday, September 23, 2024 (AFD Tool)
Gas day Tuesday, September 24, 2024 through gas day Wednesday, September 25, 2024 (EMAT Tool)
The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this outage and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization. Once the data from the tool run have been analyzed, any remediation work impacting shippers will be posted.
