FORCE MAJEURE - SEGMENT 26 SB - COMPRESSOR STATION 303
Natural has experienced a unit outage at Compressor Station 303 (CS 303) in Angelina County, Texas (Segment 26 of Natural's Texok Zone). This is a Force Majeure event that will require Natural to reduce the maximum operating capacity, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity southbound through CS 303. Based on current operating conditions, Natural does not anticipate an impact to its subscribed firm capacity.
The transport scheduling constraint will be at CS 303; therefore, any gas received north of CS 303 for delivery south of CS 303 will be impacted for the duration of the outage. Additionally, firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted. For scheduling purposes, the Texok Pool (LOC 10560) is located north of the constraint.
As such, effective for gas day Tuesday, January 21, 2025, Timely Cycle, and continuing until further notice, only Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports will be scheduled. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
