FORCE MAJEURE – COMPRESSOR STATION 168
Natural has experienced horsepower issues at Compressor Station 168 (CS 168) located in Bailey County, Texas (Segment 8 of Natural's Permian Zone). This is a Force Majeure event. Natural is required to reduce the maximum operating capacity northbound into Segment 8 from Segment 9, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity northbound through Compressor Station 167 (CS 167).
The scheduling constraint will be at CS 167; therefore, any gas received south of CS 167 for delivery north of CS 167 will be impacted for the duration of the restriction. The Pooling Point - Permian Zone (LOC 25077) is located south of the constraint. Firm transportation associated with storage withdrawals may be impacted.
As such, effective for gas day Wednesday, March 12, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, Natural will not schedule any nominated increase for the remainder of the gas day. Effective for gas day Thursday, March 13, 2025, Timely Cycle, and continuing until further notice, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 90% of contract MDQ through CS 167. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
