SEGMENT 8 – PIPELINE MAINTENANCE – COMPRESSOR STATION 169 – UPDATE 2
The project dates have been changed, as noted below. See previous Notice ID 45874 dated March 10, 2025.
As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-156083), Natural will be performing pipeline maintenance at Compressor Station 169 (CS 169), located in Deaf Smith County, Texas (Segment 8 of Natural's Permian Zone). This maintenance work requires Natural to reduce its operating capacity, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity northbound through CS 169.
The scheduling constraint will be at CS 169; therefore, any gas received south or north of CS 169 for delivery north or south of CS 169 will be impacted for the duration of this restriction. For scheduling purposes, the Permian Pool (LOC 25077) is located south of the constraint. Additionally, firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted.
As such, effective for gas day Saturday, April 26, 2025, Timely Cycle, and continuing through gas day Wednesday, April 30, 2025 (previously Tuesday, April 22, 2025, through Friday, April 25, 2025), Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 0% of contract MDQ through CS 169. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this outage.
The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
Additionally, the following location will be unavailable and, thus, will not be scheduled for the duration of the restriction. No transport services are available.
