Subject: Stage III (13%) Underrun Entitlement North of Kemmerer

Notice Text:

Northwest is experiencing high line pack on the system with

limited injections into storage. Jackson Prairie is currently

at maximum injection capacity, which is dropping steadily, and

Clay Basin is allocating injections for shippers.

 

Due to anticipated limited flexibility during the extended

holiday weekend, Northwest is declaring a Stage III (13%)

Underrun Entitlement for all Receiving Parties north of the

Kemmerer compressor station effective Gas Day Wednesday July 3,

2024. This entitlement includes all points on the Spokane,

Wenatchee, and Grants Pass laterals.

 

Please avoid acquiring supply above demand in order to prevent

banking on the system. Underperformance of interconnecting

pipelines will also be considered if contributing adversely to

pipeline conditions.
