    Due to underperformance and lack of Northwest flexibility and

    storage access, Northwest issued an underperformance for Kern

    River Pipeline beginning in the ID2 cycle for Gas Day Tuesday

    July 2, 2024. Scheduled nominations will be allowed to increase

    as physical conditions improve on Kern River.
