Subject: Soda Springs CS 8600 Hr. Inspection - New Maintenance

Notice Text:

Northwest Pipeline has added a new unplanned maintenance outage 
to the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline’s website. 
Northwest is performing the 8600 Hr. Inspections at the Soda 
Springs CS beginning Gas Day September 03, 2024, through Gas 
Day September 13, 2024. The cut point will be the Soda Springs 
CS which will be limited to 574,000 Dth/d northbound for the 
duration of the outage. Northwest is not anticipating any 
impacts to customers during this outage. 

If primary nomination requests through the Soda Springs CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 574,000 Dth/d northbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
652,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work is completed on Gas Day September 13, 2024.
