Subject: Update - Stage III (13%) Overrun Entitlement North of Kemmerer

Due to shifting weather forecasts, Northwest is downgrading the
previously declared Stage II (8%) Overrun Entitlement as shared
in Notice ID 25-017, to now be a Stage III (13%) Overrun
Entitlement. The entitlement is still effective as of Gas Day
Tuesday, February 4, 2025 for all Receiving Parties north of
the Kemmerer compressor station. This entitlement includes all
points on the Spokane, Wenatchee and Grants Pass laterals, and
shall continue until further notice.
Northwest will continue to monitor the prolonged colder
temperatures and will adjust as needed to preserve system
balancing and line pack targets. Please secure adequate supply
to meet demand and avoid drafting the system.
