Subject: Caldwell CS - Unplanned Maintenance

Northwest is experiencing unplanned maintenance at the Caldwell 
Compressor Station and is currently working to rectify the 
issue. 

Beginning Gas Day February 21, 2025, if primary firm nomination 
requests through the Caldwell Compressor Station exceed the 
available capacity of 440,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever 
Northwest cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), 
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in 
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared 
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d 
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work 
is completed.

Northwest apologizes for the inconvenience and will work 
diligently to put the station back in service as soon as 
possible. If there are schedule changes or updates, Northwest 
will post such changes on the Portal.
