As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing maintenance at the following
locations:
- Sumas CS beginning gas day April 21, 2025, through gas day
April 22, 2025.
- Boise CS beginning gas day April 21, 2025, through gas day May
02, 2025.
- Mt. Vernon CS on gas day April 22, 2025.
- Pegram CS beginning on gas day April 22, 2025, through gas day
April 23, 2025.
- Pocatello CS beginning gas day April 22, 2025, through gas day
April 23, 2025.
The Sumas CS will be limited to 1,069,000 Dth/d southbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Sumas CS exceeds
the available capacity of 1,069,000 Dth/d southbound (or
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
1,409,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on gas day April 22, 2025.
The Boise CS will be limited to 437,000 Dth/d northbound and
438,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceeds
the available capacity of 437,000 Dth/d northbound or 438,000
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 499,000 Dth/d northbound or 452,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on gas day May 02, 2025.
The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS
exceeds the available capacity of 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound
(or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period will continue
until the work is completed on gas day April 22, 2025.
The Pegram CS will be limited to 602,000 Dth/d northbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Pegram CS exceeds
the available capacity of 602,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 654,000 Dth/d
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on gas day April 23, 2025.
The Pocatello CS will be limited to 499,000 Dth/d northbound
for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Pocatello CS exceeds
the available capacity of 499,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 610,000 Dth/d
northbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
is completed on gas day April 23, 2025
