Effective Gas Day November 5, 2024, and continuing until further notice, Pine Prairie Energy Center,
LLC (“PPEC”) may either curtail or not confirm Interruptible Injection nominations, in accordance
with the terms of Customers’ service agreements and PPEC’s Tariff.
Interruption of service to Interruptible Customers under Rate Schedules ISS, IPS, ILS and IBS, and
to firm Customers utilizing AIO will be based on the charges applicable to each Customer for the
portion(s) of service subject to interruption, with the transaction with the lowest economic value to
PPEC being interrupted first. Any ties will be interrupted on a pro rata basis according to quantities
nominated or scheduled for each Customer.
