    Unplanned Unit Outage – Hartwell compressor station (Segment 200 Hartwell)

    Elba Express Company's Operator informed Southern Natural of an unplanned unit outage at the Hartwell compressor station starting on Monday, August 26th, 2024 through Wednesday August 28th, 2024. During this outage, Segment 200(Hartwell) capacity of 1,092,000 Dth/d will be reduced by 124,500 Dth/d.  Based on current system demand, Southern is not expecting an impact to SNG Seamless Service, however, should demand increase, there may be an impact to Firm In-Path services, including SNG Seamless Service Contracts.

    Elba Express and Southern Natural Gas will be attempting to minimize the overall impact to customers by coordinating with interconnects and evaluating its operational flexibility in order to minimize the impact.
