    OCTOBER FUEL RATES

    In light of FERC's suspension of the Southern Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. ("Southern”) winter fuel filing, SNG's previously approved fuel retention rates will remain in effect.

    Due to the issuance of this suspension being after the Timely cycle nomination deadline, fuel allocations for October 1, 2024 are understated. Nominations for October 2, 2024 forward will need to be retriggered to account for the currently effective fuel retention rates.

    Effective October 3, 2024 and continuing through October 31, 2024, the impacted customers may nominate payback of these volumes in kind to Southern on their respective contracts.  Any remaining balances on these contracts on October 31, 2024 will be cashed out in accordance with Southern's cash out process.
