Spire Storage West is issuing a Critical Notice Operational Alert to all customers and point
operators e ective immediately. On 10/17/24 at 8:17 AM the facility experienced a power outage
which includes an outage of the backup battery power system and digital control systems. This has
caused a complete facility outage. At this time Spire Storage West is diagnosing the issue and is
not curtailing customers. An update will be posted by 10/17/24 at 1PM CST.
