    Spire Storage West notifies all customers and point operators of the need to perform work to
    address an unexpected and uncontrollable equipment failure at the Belle Butte Storage Facility
    which will require a complete pressure reduction near the Compressor Station resulting in a full
    facility outage at the Belle Butte Facility. This necessary measure could not be prevented or
    overcome by due diligence and requires immediate action to maintain the safety and reliability of
    the system. Consequently, pursuant to Section 6.19 of the General Terms and Conditions of the
    Spire Storage West FERC Gas Tariff, Spire Storage West is declaring a Force Majeure effective April
    21, 2025. Spire Storage West is declaring a Force Majeure for all customers served at Belle Butte
    until further notice. An update will be posted by 4/25/25 at 1PM CST.

    During this time the Clear Creek facility will remain fully operational and customers served by Clear
    Creek will be scheduled on a pro-rata basis.
