Waynesburg Force Majeure


Notice Text:

Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (TE) hereby declares a Force Majeure in accordance with Section 17 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff. The Force Majeure event is due to damage discovered at its Waynesburg compressor station in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. The estimated date for the compressor unit to return to full service is approximately October 30th.

TE will post updates to the status of repairs as they are known.
