    TE Meter Underperformance


    Notice Text:

    Due to large daily due pipe pipeline imbalances resulting in lower than desired line pack levels across Texas Eastern Transmission's (TE) system, TE has limited ability to absorb additional due pipeline imbalances from receipt and/or delivery point operators.   TE is requiring the following meter operator to perform to scheduled quantities or confirmation restrictions will be made commensurate with anticipated physical deliveries:

    If action is not taken by the meter operator by 6:00 PM CCT, reductions for Gas Day January 21, 2025 may be required.
