Movement of STX and ETX TABS Pools on 04/30/2025
In recent months, Texas Eastern Transmission (TETLP) has seen an increase of supply entering its STX Service area. The majority of the supply entering the STX zone now enters north and/or west of TETLP's Angleton and Speaks compressor stations. Therefore, to more reflectively represent where supply is entering the STX zone, TETLP will move its STX TABS pool (79501) that is currently at the east end of the STX Zone at mile post 1488.087 to a point just east of TETLP's Provident City facility site at mile post 1684.562. This move will be effective on April 30, 2025 at 11:15 am CCT.
In addition, TETLP similarly will change the ETX TABS pool (79502) location. Currently, the ETX TABS Pool is located just south of the North Little Rock compressor station at mile post 1163.084. The new location of the ETX Pool will be mile post 1500.242, located just north of its Lufkin facility site. This change, similar to the STX TABS Pool change, is being made to more reflectively represent the location of supply entering TETLP's ETX zone and this change will be effective on April 30, 2025 at 11:15 am CCT.
Note: Intraday changes for gas day April 30, 2025 involving 79501 or 79502 will be impacted if performed after 11:15 AM CCT on April 30, 2025. These impacts include potential changes in nomination priorities as well as reductions due to segmentation MDQ overlap validations. As such customers should evaluate their nomination changes after 11:15 AM CCT and assess whether they want the sub-cycle indicator (automatic renomination) enabled. There will be no impact to existing nominations for Gas Day April 30, assuming no intraday changes are made after 11:15 am CCT April 30.
TETLP will continue to monitor and review the supply location for all of its TABS pools and make corresponding adjustments when and where appropriate.
