TE Meter Underperformance
Due to large daily due shipper pipeline imbalances resulting in higher than desired line pack levels across Texas Eastern Transmission's (TE) system, TE has limited ability to absorb additional due shipper imbalances from receipt and/or delivery point operators. As such, TE is requiring the following meter operator to perform to scheduled quantities or restrictions will be made commensurate with anticipated physical deliveries commencing for Gas Day April 19, 2025:
