    Subject: Sabine River MLB Outage ? Unplanned Maintenance

    Due to an unexpected operational issue, Transco needs to immediately isolate Mainline B between the 40B30 and 40B40 valves near MP 438.84. Transco is currently working to address the situation, but Hurricane Francine could cause delays to the remediation schedule. Work for this unplanned maintenance will begin immediately on September 10, 2024 through TBD. We will provide further updates as soon as it is available.

    Operating Conditions resulting from this unplanned work will require Transco to manage transportation services moving south to north through the location listed below. The total quantity available will be contingent on system conditions, but is anticipated to be limited to the quantity indicated below. Transactions moving north to south through this location will not be impacted. 

    Effective September 10, 2024, the receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at mainline milepost 438.84 will be used to manage capacity availability including any required changes to the expected total quantity available during this unplanned work. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the location and the available quantity of transportation services.
