    Subject: Update - Sabine River MLB Outage - Unplanned Maintenance

    Due to an unexpected operational issue, Transco had to immediately isolate and remove from service a portion of Mainline B between the 40B30 and 40B40 valves near MP 438.84. Transco is currently working to develop a return to service plan as quickly as possible, but at this time it is anticipated that this line will not be returned to service prior to the end of the year. Additional updates and a more accurate return to service timeline will be provided as more information becomes available.

    Operating Conditions resulting from this unplanned work will require Transco to manage transportation services moving south to north through the location listed below. The total quantity available will be contingent on system conditions but is anticipated to be limited to the quantity indicated below. Transactions moving north to south through this location will not be impacted. 

    The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at mainline milepost 438.84 will be used to manage capacity availability including any required changes to the expected total quantity available during this unplanned work. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the location and the available quantity of transportation services.
