Subject: Update - Sabine River MLB Outage - Unplanned Maintenance
On September 26, 2024 (Notice ID #14974091) Transco provided an update on the unplanned outage on Mainline B between the 40B30 and 40B40 valves near MP 438.84. Transco has started activities to return this portion of Mainline B to service, and the current anticipated return to service date is February 18, 2025. If there are any changes in the schedule, further updates will be provided as work progresses.
Operating Conditions resulting from this unplanned work will require Transco to manage transportation services moving south to north through the location listed below. The total quantity available will be contingent on system conditions but is anticipated to be limited to the quantity indicated below. Transactions moving north to south through this location will not be impacted.
The receipt-based Throughput Section Boundary (TSB) at mainline milepost 438.84 will be used to manage capacity availability including any required changes to the expected total quantity available during this unplanned work. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the location and the available quantity of transportation services.
