Subject: Station 17 South Texas Anomaly Digs (Unplanned Maintenance)

Transco has received additional findings for the pipeline integrity tool run that was completed on July 6, 2024 from Station 17 to Station 23 (Job#41198). As a result a line outage will be required to address the identified anomalies. The current outage is expected to start November 12, 2024 and has completed early for start of gas day November 15, 2024 ~~through November 21, 2024.~~

Operating Conditions resulting from this work will require Transco to restrict scheduled quantities to zero for all transportation priorities moving north to south and south to north through the locations indicated below.

The location Throughput Section Boundaries (“TSBs”) at mainline milepost 170.39 S-N and 170.40 N-S will be used to manage capacity availability during this work. An updated Market and Production Area constraint notice will include the TSBs and the available quantity for all priorities of transportation services during the duration of this work.
